CloudFM marked 15 years in business with Cloudfest@15, a mini festival of their own, held in the newly refurbished Cricket Pavilion at Braxted Park in Essex. Production agency V1.02 commissioned me to provide the corporate event photography, covering the day in a reportage style as events unfolded.
The day started with food, drinks and time for staff to catch up, before an informal presentation recognising long-serving employees. The main event followed, a chariot race, with staff split into teams to build their own chariots and then race them.
Everyone returned for drinks and an evening meal, followed by a comedy whodunnit film written and produced by V1.02, packed with inside jokes. The audience voted on the culprit by scanning a QR code on their phones, and the evening finished with a live band and a full dance floor.
Alongside my photography, V1.02 filmed highlights throughout the day, editing and posting them to social media as the event ran, with a full highlights film produced afterwards.
