Care UK hosted two back-to-back corporate conferences over consecutive weeks, beginning with an event near Warwick before moving to their flagship annual conference and awards ceremony in Windsor. As the event photographer, I provided comprehensive conference photography coverage throughout both events, capturing keynote presentations, breakout sessions, networking moments and the atmosphere across the venues.
Alongside documenting the conferences themselves, I also created over 100 professional corporate headshots during scheduled breaks, giving delegates and team members updated profile imagery for LinkedIn, press, marketing and internal communications. My approach focused on delivering natural, engaging event photography that reflected both the professionalism and personality of the Care UK brand while ensuring fast, reliable coverage across multiple busy conference environments.
